Excellent care from all of the A&E team.
Excellent care from staff at the Children's Hospital ENT wards. Very clean environment, helpful and friendly staff, and very good with my daughter. Thank you very much.
The clinical care side of the hospital is excellent. However, the administrative side is useless. I had an MRI scan in November but didn't get a follow up appointment until March and that after several phone calls and emails.
The same thing happened after surgery when it took me 3 days and 5 different phone numbers to get an appointment - the confirmation letter dictated on the day of surgery never arrived. If things were done properly first time it could save a lot of heartache and cut cost hugely.

Hospital was clean and business like. Waiting was limited. As I was dripping blood I was seen quickly by triage nurse.
The staff at A & E were all helpful and courteous. There was a fairly lengthy wait for treatment, but that was understandable given the number of people waiting to be seen, and that it was a Sunday/Bank Holiday week-end. We have been less happy with some other parts of the Radcliffe Hospital at times, but on his occasion everyone was great.
The staff were all professional and very caringsome corridors andcorners could be cleaner and follow up information was slow to arrive in preparation for my surgery.
Interior of the hospital is fine, perhaps some signage redirecting people from the West Wing and JR2 to A&E could be useful
